Palce HolderStacy joined the firm in 1994 and serves as Managing Director. She works with a broad range of clients, with a particular emphasis in the financial, business, and consumer services industries. While maintaining a generalist practice, her primary focus is in the marketing function and in finance, including CFOs, accounting and control, audit, compliance and risk management.

Prior to joining the firm, Stacy spent eight years with First Century Partnerships, Smith Barney’s venture capital funds. She began her career in human resources with Reliance Group Holdings.

Stacy received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Psychology) Summa Cum Laude from New York University, winning the Wallace Gobetz Memorial Award for scholastic achievement. She is a former member of the Board of Directors and served as Communications Chair of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters (IACPR). Stacy is a Board Director of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) and is currently Co-Chair of their Executive Leaders Committee.

Stacy has also earned a Black Belt in Seido Karate.
